The Community Cares Clinic is part of the NIU Family Health, Wellness and Literacy Center at 3100 Sycamore Road (southeast corner of Sycamore Road/Route 23) and Bethany Road, DeKalb. The clinic is located on the south side of the building, main level.

Parking and Transportation

Patient parking is located along the south side of the building, near the main entrance to the clinic. Public transportation to the clinic is available.
