Gluten Free Peanut Butter Cupcakes

Gluten Free Peanut Butter CupcakesIngredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar or Splenda
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • Chocolate or peanut butter chips (optional)
  • Frosting on top (optional)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Line muffin pan with 12 liners.

Combine all ingredients and fill muffin cups about ¾ full.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool and frost if desired.
