Apple Salsa Recipe

Apple SalsaIngredients

  • 3-4 apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, unpacked
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp cornstarch


Directions

Mix all ingredients in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes. Stir and let cool for 15-20 minutes. Refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving. Serve with cinnamon pita chips or tortilla chips.
