  • 2T Chia Seeds
  • 1c Grape Juice
  • 1.5c Raspberries
  • 1.5 T Sugar


1. In a bowl, mix together chia seeds and juice. Let sit for 30 minutes to form a gel, occasionally stirring with a whisk to prevent clumping.

2. Place the gel in a blender or food processor along with raspberries and sugar. Process until just combined.

3. Place in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
