Are You Using the Right Weight Loss Plan?

There are so many weight loss plans and "secrets" out there it is hard to determine what will actually help you lose weight and keep it off. When you are following a weight loss plan it is important to remember that you still need to eat right. To stay strong and healthy, make sure your weight loss plan includes:

  • Foods from all five food groups
  • The right amount of servings from each food group
  • Food you will enjoy eating for the rest of your life
  • Easily accessible foods
  • Some of your favorite foods
  • Foods that fit your budget and lifestyle
  • Regular physical activity or exercise
