Buffalo Wing Hummus

Ingredients

  • 3 cups chickpeas, canned, Drained - 1/2 cup liquid reserved
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 3 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper - To taste

Directions

Place all ingredients (including reserved liquid) in a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy.

Makes 32 Servings (2T Serving)
