Hummus

Ingredients

  • 5-6 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 3 cups chickpeas, canned, drained, liquid reserved
  • 2 1/8 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3/4 tsp hot sauce

Directions

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy (add reserved liquid as needed for desired consistency)
