Description

Microbes play a major role in supporting good health.  They breakdown undigested food; make vitamins, prime our immune system; secrete neurotransmitters allowing nerve cells to communicate; help defend us against invading bugs; and more.  Join Peggy Marchini, registered dietitian, to learn about your microbiome and how to nurture it.  This class is a lecture only.
