William Asihene, MD, PhD

Dr. Asihene, who has more than 17 years of experience as a general surgeon, received his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, and PhD in biochemistry from Howard University, Washington, DC. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery.

Before coming to Sandwich, he practiced at Lexington Surgical Associates, Wake Forest Baptist Health-Lexington Medical Center, Lexington, NC. He previously practiced in New York and New Jersey.
