Azeem Haleem, MD

Dr. Azeem Haleem completed medical school in 1986 at Duke University School of Medicine. He finished his residency in 1988 at Albert Einstein Montefiore Medical Center, and a fellowship there in 1995. He is board certified by the American Board of Urology.

Dr. Haleem was one of the first doctors in the Fox Valley region to provide a laparoscopic approach to kidney cancers. He performs laser procedures, including green light laser for benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). He was one of the first in the Fox Valley area to offer minimally invasive techniques for the management of urinary incontinence, including office-based procedures.
