The Center for Family Health, Malta, offers care to adults and children of all ages. With convenient hours, an on-site laboratory, and caring and talented staff, the Center for Family Health is the perfect choice for your family’s medical care.
- Acute Illness (infections, injuries, abdominal pain, skin rashes, fever, and common cold)
- Chronic Illness (high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, high cholesterol, and asthma)
- Wellness and Preventative Services (immunizations [select], school and sports physicals, well baby/child checks, health education, STD testing, pregnancy tests, prostate exams, breast exams, and Pap smears)
Insurance & Payment
The center accepts most insurances including Medicare and Medicaid. Please check your insurance to see if we are in your network. A low-cost fee is available for patients without insurance. Payment is required at time of service.

Our staff is happy to assist you in making an appointment. For immediate needs, same day appointments can be scheduled or walk-in hours are available: Monday-Friday, 7:30 - 11:30 am.

The Center for Family Health is located on the campus of Kishwaukee College. Transportation to the Malta Clinic is available through TransVAC. TransVAC also will do direct pickups at a patient’s home. Those arrangements can be made by preregistering with Voluntary Action Center.
