VWCH Sends Babies Home in Festivities Stockings

December 27, 2006

Valley West Community Hospital sends babies born during the holiday season home in festive Christmas stockings, a gift from the Valley West Auxiliary.

In addition to the merry bundle of joy, families are sent home with a gift bag, also provided by the Auxiliary. Other gifts include an engraved Gerber baby spoon, a small cap hand-knit by Janet Mowinski, and an afghan, hand-knit or crocheted by women of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Somonauk.
