Mammograms in DeKalb and Sandwich

The American Cancer Society (ACS) recommends women have their first mammogram at age 40 to establish an important baseline radiologists can use to compare subsequent mammograms as they age. Starting at age 40, ACS recommends screening mammograms annually.

Schedule your annual mammogram (no doctor order needed) at Kishwaukee Hospital in DeKalb or Valley West Hospital in Sandwich. Evening and Saturday appointments are available.

Uninsured women or women on public aid who need medical attention regarding their breast health, should schedule an appointment with KishHealth System’s Center for Family Health in Sycamore.
